Continuen fent coses, complint, cuidant dels altres, treballant, resolent problemes\u2026 per\u00f2 sense adonar-se que el seu sistema nervi\u00f3s porta mesos o fins i tot anys en tensi\u00f3. digestius.<\/li><li>Insomni.<\/li><li>Irritabilitat.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;angoixa sense una explicaci\u00f3 clara.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element d&#8217;amena\u00e7a que acumules internament.<\/a> I moltes vegades existeixen amenaces emocionals invisibles:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e9873d elementor-widget__width-initial sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e9873d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Por de decebre.<\/li><li>Por al rebuig.<\/li><li>Necessitat de control.<\/li><li>Exig\u00e8ncia constant.<\/li><li>Inseguretat.<\/li><li>Dificultat per posar l\u00edmits.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3 de no arribar mai a tot.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d41e90b elementor-widget__width-initial sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d41e90b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt habitual que l&#8217;ansietat aparegui quan finalment pares.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha persones que durant per\u00edodes molt exigents \u201caguanten b\u00e9\u201d, per\u00f2 quan arriben les vacances, els caps de setmana o els moments de calma, el cos es desregula encara m\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p><p>I aix\u00f2 passa perqu\u00e8, mentre estaves ocupat\/da, funcionaves en autom\u00e0tic i amb adrenalina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-794e3ff sc_fly_static data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Moltes vegades l&#8217;ansietat tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 relacionada amb un estat d&#8217;hipervigil\u00e0ncia sostinguda.<\/p><p>Persones que viuen molt pendents del que pot passar, dels altres, del conflicte o del control.<\/p><p>Encara que racionalment s\u00e0piguen que no existeix cap perill real, el cos continua funcionant com si hagu\u00e9s d&#8217;estar preparat constantment.<\/p><p>Per aix\u00f2, intentar conv\u00e8ncer-te mentalment que \u201cno passa res\u201d no sempre funciona.<strong> El sistema nervi\u00f3s necessita sentir seguretat, no nom\u00e9s comprendre-la racionalment.<\/strong><\/p><p>I com m\u00e9s lluites contra l&#8217;ansietat o intentes eliminar-la r\u00e0pidament, m\u00e9s frustraci\u00f3 acostuma a apar\u00e8ixer.<\/p><p>L&#8217;ansietat no \u00e9s una debilitat ni una exageraci\u00f3. \u00c9s un senyal que el teu cos i la teva ment fa temps que estan sostenint m\u00e9s del que poden regular. <\/p><p>Entendre aix\u00f2 no elimina el malestar de cop, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que ajuda a deixar de viure&#8217;l amb tanta culpa, exig\u00e8ncia o
