Tamb\u00e9 impacta directament el sistema nervi\u00f3s. <\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Quan una persona viu situacions de por, inseguretat, rebuig o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/trauma-emocional-ferides-que-no-sempre-es-veuen\/\">dolor emocional sostingut<\/a>, el cos activa mecanismes de superviv\u00e8ncia per intentar protegir-se. El problema \u00e9s que, de vegades, aquest estat d\u2019alerta es mant\u00e9 fins i tot quan el perill ja ha passat. <\/p><p>Per aix\u00f2 moltes persones diuen: \u201cracionalment s\u00e9 que no passa res, per\u00f2 el meu cos reacciona igualment\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16ce362 sc_fly_static elementor-widget data-spread=\"false\"><li>Lluita.<\/li><li>Fugida.<\/li><li>Bloqueig o congelaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aquestes reaccions s\u00f3n normals i tenen la funci\u00f3 de protegir-nos.<\/p><p>Per\u00f2 quan el trauma \u00e9s intens o sostingut en el temps, el cos pot quedar acostumat a funcionar en alerta constant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div corporal constant.<\/li><li>Ansietat.<\/li><li>Cansament emocional.<\/li><li>Dificultat per relaxar-se.<\/li><li>Necessitat de control.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/estres-posttraumatic-quan-el-cos-continua-vivint-en-alerta\/\">Sobresalts.<\/a><\/li><li>Hipervigil\u00e0ncia en les relacions.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3 que \u201calguna cosa dolenta passar\u00e0\u201d.<\/li><\/ul><p>Encara que externament tot sembli tranquil, internament el sistema nervi\u00f3s continua preparat per protegir-se.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-896d341 sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"896d341\" class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Quan el sistema nervi\u00f3s est\u00e0 regulat, la persona pot gestionar emocions i situacions dif\u00edcils sense sentir-se desbordada.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s del trauma, aquesta \u201cfinestra de toler\u00e0ncia\u201d sovint es redueix.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aix\u00f2 fa que petites situacions puguin generar una activaci\u00f3 molt intensa:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Conflictes.<\/li><li>Dist\u00e0ncia emocional.<\/li><li>Cr\u00edtiques.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3 de rebuig.<\/li><li>Canvis inesperats.<\/li><\/ul><p>El cos interpreta aquestes experi\u00e8ncies com una possible amena\u00e7a, encara que racionalment no ho siguin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-794e3ff sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"794e3ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" superviv\u00e8ncia:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Controlar-ho tot.<\/li><li>Evitar conflictes.<\/li><li>Agradar constantment.<\/li><li>Hiperindepend\u00e8ncia.<\/li><li>Desconnexi\u00f3 emocional.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/per-que-lansietat-empitjora-quan-algu-sallunya\/\">Necessitat d\u2019assegurament.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>El sistema nervi\u00f3s apr\u00e8n qu\u00e8 ha de fer per intentar sentir-se segur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c5035f sc_fly_static elementor-widget
