El problema \u00e9s que, de vegades, aquest sistema de protecci\u00f3 es queda activat massa temps. <\/p><p>Aix\u00f2 pot generar:<\/p><ul><li>Hipervigil\u00e0ncia.<\/li><li>Ansietat constant.<\/li><li>Sobresalts.<\/li><li>Sensaci\u00f3 de perill.<\/li><li>Dificultat per relaxar-se.<\/li><li>Tensi\u00f3 f\u00edsica i emocional.<\/li><\/ul><p>Moltes persones senten que estan \u201csempre preparades\u201d per alguna cosa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/per-que-algunes-relacions-generen-mes-ansietat-que-calma\/\">encara que racionalment s\u00e0piguen intrusius.<\/li><li>Flashbacks.<\/li><li>Malsons.<\/li><li>Evitaci\u00f3 de situacions o persones.<\/li><li>Bloqueig emocional.<\/li><li>Irritabilitat.<\/li><li>Dificultat per confiar.<\/li><li>Activaci\u00f3 intensa davant certs desencadenants.<\/li><\/ul><p>A vegades un olor, una mirada, un to de veu o una situaci\u00f3 concreta poden activar el sistema nervi\u00f3s sense trauma complex, on la persona ha viscut massa temps en inseguretat emocional o alerta constant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-794e3ff
