Per\u00f2 hi ha ferides emocionals que passen m\u00e9s desapercebudes i que, tot i aix\u00ed, poden deixar un impacte profund.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El trauma emocional apareix quan una persona viu situacions que superen la seva capacitat emocional de gestionar-les i se sent sola, insegura o desbordada davant del que est\u00e0 vivint.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A vegades no \u00e9s un \u00fanic moment, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/trauma-complex-quan-el-dolor-es-mante-en-el-temps\/\">sin\u00f3 petites experi\u00e8ncies repetides al llarg del temps:<\/a><\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Invalidaci\u00f3 emocional.<\/li><li>Cr\u00edtiques constants.<\/li><li>Rebuig.<\/li><li>Sentir que s\u2019ha de ser \u201cmassa fort\u201d.<\/li><li>Falta d\u2019afecte o seguretat.<\/li><li>Por al conflicte.<\/li><li>Haver hagut de callar necessitats emocionals.<\/li><\/ul><p>Moltes persones minimitzen el que han viscut perqu\u00e8 \u201caltres ho han passat pitjor\u201d.
