Necessitem sentir: <\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Seguretat.<\/li><li>Coher\u00e8ncia.<\/li><li>Afecte.<\/li><li>Validaci\u00f3 emocional.<\/li><li>Espai per expressar-nos sense por.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Quan aix\u00f2 falla de manera repetida, el sistema emocional entra en alerta.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/trauma-emocional-heridas-que-no-siempre-se-ven\/\">No cal haver viscut una situaci\u00f3 extrema<\/a> perqu\u00e8 existeixi trauma vincular.
