o dist\u00e0ncia, la por a perdre la connexi\u00f3 o la sensaci\u00f3 de viure pendent del vincle.<\/p><p>I tot i que racionalment la persona pot entendre que aquesta din\u00e0mica li fa mal, href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/per-que-lansietat-empitjora-quan-algu-sallunya\/\">com comen\u00e7ar a construir vincles m\u00e9s segurs i coherents.<\/a><\/strong> <\/p><ul><li>Poder diferenciar entre connexi\u00f3 i depend\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/li><li>Aprendre a sostenir la incertesa sense perdre&#8217;s.<\/li><li>Comen\u00e7ar a relacionar-se des d&#8217;un lloc amb m\u00e9s seguretat emocional i menys por constant a perdre l&#8217;altre.<\/li><\/ul><p>Perqu\u00e8 una relaci\u00f3 sana no t&#8217;hauria de fer viure permanentment en
