I com m\u00e9s s&#8217;allunya l&#8217;altre, m\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alexandracpsicologa.com\/ca\/psicologa-ansietat-sant-cugat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ansietat<\/a> apareix. target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">relacions intermitents<\/a>, on la connexi\u00f3 canvia constantment entre moments de molta proximitat i moments de dist\u00e0ncia emocional.<\/p><p>El problema no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s la dist\u00e0ncia, sin\u00f3 el contrast: quan passes de sentir molta pres\u00e8ncia, inter\u00e8s o connexi\u00f3 a percebre fredor, menys proximitat o incertesa, pot fer que el sistema emocional entri en alerta.<\/p><p>Perqu\u00e8, quan el vincle canvia, el cos intenta recuperar la seguretat i la connexi\u00f3 que sentia abans.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div senyals constants.<\/li><li>Necessiten confirmar que el vincle continua all\u00e0.<\/li><li>Senten por a l&#8217;abandonament.<\/li><li>Intenten recuperar la connexi\u00f3 com m\u00e9s aviat millor.<\/li><\/ul><p>No perqu\u00e8 estiguin exagerant ni perqu\u00e8 \u201csiguin massa intenses\u201d, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el sistema emocional entra en alerta i intenta reduir la incertesa i
